Shot in Palm Springs, California, this waterfall was captured by Steve Rosenbaum using a 5-megapixel digicam, the Konica Minolta DiMAGE 7, fitted with a black and white 093 IR filter, in sunlight. Rosenbaum always uses a tripod and finds exposures run in the 1/6 to 1/2 sec range with the ISO set to 100 or 200. Even with the near opaque filter, the camera's autoexposure and autofocus work well.
