What attracted me to this image was the enchanting quality of this dainty chickadee, as it shows the viewer a lovely, angelic-like pose while leaping into whatever adventure awaits. The out of focus, delicate landscape flowers also make this a favorite shot.

The original RAW file for this image was first processed using DxO Prime noise removal. The image was then processed further using Adobe Camera RAW for basic adjustments, followed by further detail extraction and light/color adjustments using the NIK plug-ins and Photoshop. No touch ups were added to the file (ex spot healing, clone stamping, etc.); however, the final file was cropped to improve the composition.
