In BC Canada we have an abundance of Stellar Jays and they tend to be everywhere people are. They may appear to be easy to photograph they are not. They frequently move around so one has to be ready and quick. Camera was a Canon 5D Mk III with the Canon 500mm f4 lens on a tripod. Settings as follows. Aperture 5.6, speed was 1/500 sec and ISO was at 400.
