Have Drone Will Travel: 20-Year-Old Chase Guttman Has Photographed All 50 States from Above
Award-winning travel and drone photographer Chase Guttman has a long list of accomplishments, especially for someone who was born when Bill Clinton was President of the U.S. Guttman honed his drone photography skills while travelling across the U.S. to capture breathtaking images of all 50 states from the air.
Guttman’s impressive list of awards include being thrice named Young Photographer of the Year in the International Travel Photographer of the Year (TPOTY) competition. He’s also been honored by National Geographic and London’s Royal Geographic Society and has exhibited widely across the globe.
In addition to traveling across the U.S. to capture aerial images of America, Guttman photographed over 50 countries by the time he was 18, and in the process experienced everything from ostrich riding and heli-hiking to shark-cage diving.
Guttman is also a rising star on Instagram, with over 45,000 followers. His stunning images are featured in a new book “The Handbook of Drone Photography: A Complete Guide to the New Art of Do-it-Yourself Aerial Photography,” now available in paperback on Amazon.
