Winners of the 2017 World Press Photo (WPP) Contest have been announced, and they are spectacular as always. Not unexpectedly, Burhan Ozbilici won the coveted WPP Photo of the Year award for the above image of a 22-year-old Turkish policeman’s assassination of Russia’s Ambassador to Turkey during a photo exhibition.
