MediaStreet Inc. has used its award-winning photo inks and papers to produce
a magnificent photo exhibit to raise money to help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
Produced with MediaStreet's Generations inks and enlarged to 30x40-inches
on their Royal Renaissance papers, the exhibit-quality prints were displayed
during the foundation's annual Gala fundraiser. The gallery prints were
auctioned individually to the highest bidders during a live auction. ? ?With
the help of MediaStreet's participation and other corporate sponsors,
Cystic Fibrosis was able to raise more than $130K for CF research.



"It is a wonderful feeling to know that our products and services were
used to raise funding for medical research," said Norm Levy, President

The subject matter of entered images (maximum 10 prints) is entirely open to the

black-and-white Photographic paper, un-mounted and no larger than 8x10ins.



Winning prints will be selected by a panel of judges, which will also consider
the suitability of the image in the square format used on Ilford boxes. The winning

Fujifilm U.S.A., Inc. is pleased to announce plans to re-introduce an ISO 50 Fujichrome
Velvia professional film, tentatively named Velvia II. Fujichrome Velvia (RVP
50) was the first high color saturation, high contrast transparency E-6 compatible
film when it was introduced in 1990 and was a favorite among photographers. Its
discontinuation was announced last year due to difficulties in procuring some
of the raw materials used to produce the emulsion.



As a result, Fujifilm research and development teams have developed substitute
raw materials and new manufacturing technologies that enable the company to restart
production. The new film is expected to be available in late spring 2007. The
characteristics of the new emulsion will mirror that of the previous product.
