I was testing out my new travel photography kit, trying to get some morning shots of Sol Duc Falls when a local avian resident paused on the fallen tree in front of me for a morning shower in the mists of the falls. He had a grand old time just soaking the spray for about 10 minutes while I fired away, but would sit still long enough at regular intervals to let me get long exposure shots to feather the falls in the background..
