The Vermilion Flycatcher. This beautiful bird is found throughout South America and southern North America. This photo was taken at Catalina State Park, just north of Tucson Arizona where this species visits every winter. The Park is a great birders place with numerous birds during the winter and spring months. Camera for this photo was a Canon 5D Mk III with the Canon 500mm f4 lens on a tripod. Settings for the photo as follows. Aperture was 5.6, speed was 1/800 sec and ISO was at 400.
