he's not mine! i was in the right spot at the right time. it was parked in front of a deli and the guy left the pug on the vespa while he was inside. he carries the pug in a canvas bag wrapped around the handle bars while he's driving. he saw me taking pics and we talked about his dog and scooter when he came outside.
