Coming home from visiting family in Idaho we decided to take country roads. I was surprised when I discovered we were in the Palouse. I'd been wanting to go there after seeing so many spring and early summer photos. But here it was fall the crops were all cut. I found the patterns from the cut stubble interesting and different, and the gold in contrast to the usual green.
