Coming home from visiting family in Idaho, I decided to get off the beaten path. I was surprised to find out that I was in the Palouse area of Washington. I'd seen many photos of the area in the spring or early summer and had hoped to make there one day. I found the designs from the cut row crops interesting, and quite a different scene from the many green patterns commonly seen.
