Kodak Announces the World’s Smallest Ultra-Wide-Angle Zoom Digital Camera
Kodak designed the V705 to include KODAK RETINA Dual Lens Technology, which touts two 7 MP sensors, anti-blur technology and KODAK PERFECT TOUCH Technology. The V705 offers 5X optical zoom range and automatically adjust its setting when choosing from 22 scenes and three color modes. Picture takers can even capture up to 180 degrees with only 3 shots. The video features include the ability to record VGA video (640 x 480) at 30 fps with sound, and convenient on-camera video editing tools can be used to trim clips and create prints from video (4, 9 or 16 up), plus view and share single frames.
The V705 will be available in silver at select retailers, whereas the black and pink versions of the dual lens digital camera will be available exclusively online at The Kodak Store (www.kodak.com). During October, in conjunction with Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Kodak will be donating $25 for every pink V705 sold on The Kodak Store to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
In addition to the KODAK EASYSHARE V705 and C875 cameras, Kodak announced two other products, including extensions of the popular EASYSHARE digital camera line with the new KODAK EASYSHARE C743 (3X optical zoom, 7.1 megapixels) and the KODAK EASYSHARE C433 (3X optical zoom, 4 megapixels) Zoom Digital Cameras.
The KODAK EASYSHARE V705 camera will be available worldwide beginning in September. The KODAK EASYSHARE C875 camera will be available worldwide beginning at the end of August, while the C743 and C433 cameras will be beginning mid-September.
