the blown out hair takes attention away from the face

Just a comment by an amature, I love this photo the skin tone is absolutly beautiful and unlike the other gentleman the hair does not bother me. What I do see is the shine inside of the ear, maybe just a touchup there to make the shine not so out of character with the rest of the skin.
