This was a mating pair in the Masai Mara National Park in Kenya. We had to wait over 30 minutes for the male to move and were rewarded with many great shots. It was thought that they were near the end of courtship period because of the lack of movement. We were in the "golden hour" before sunset. Taken with a Canon 5D Mark III with an EF 70-200 2.8 lens at 1/1000, F6.3, ISO 1600.
