This Image of Autumn by Douglas Croft is a beautiful, painterly landscape featuring rich shades of deep green and golden yellow with bold hints of orange.

“Layers of color were even more saturated by the rain on this fall day in Hope Valley,” writes Croft.

This image was captured with a Nikon D7000 camera and a Nikkor 18-200mm lens at f/10, ISO 200, 1/80 sec.
