Trying to persuade my wife to stay out in the dark in Yosemite Valley was hard. Trying to capture this photo the way I pictured it in my head was a bit harder.
There was no moon out so lining up Yosemite Falls with myself on the boardwalk took some work. The stars were out and the wispy clouds just added to the interest in the night sky.
