I was attending the Art Walk in Flagstaff, Arizona. It was dark as I walked out of a gallery when some movement caught my eye. Looking up to a second story apartment I saw a fan slowly spinning and the curtain moving gently from a breeze blowing through the open window.

I braced myself against a pole and took a few shots. Then I used various filters in Photoshop CS3 to create the image you see.
