We had photographed this boat on a previous trip to Scotland and returned to it one last time. An amazing amount of it had weathered away in just a couple of years, a testimony to the harsh Scottish climate. I really felt that the remains of this boat told the story of her many years at sea, and that she had finally come to a hard earned final resting place.
