A snow storm came in with dark grey snow clouds, turned the world grey and left a fresh coat of snow on Hamnøy, a small fishing village in the Lofoten Islands, Norway, along the Vestfjorden. I was standing on the bridge overlooking this scene, it was extremely cold and the wind was blowing. Although this village scene has been photographed many times by other photographers, I felt that this shot was unique because of the fog.
