I rushed out the door as the sky started darkening and the clouds began backing up on each other over the Outer Banks of North Carolina. My intention was to try to get a shot of the rainbow formed at the edge of the Atlantic. Instead, I came back with this fun shot of a pair of dogs having a blast in the surf.
