I was hiking back down the Rhododendron Trail at Grayson Highlands State Park about a half a mile from the car I turned the corner. I was greeted by the beautiful blue ridge mountains with the sun setting, it had just started to break beneath the clouds. The light was shinning on the mountains and the layering looked great, you could really see those mountains fade (which I love).
