The light and patterns in Upper Antelope are amazing. Since there are so many people who want to shoot the light beams, you spend a lot of time in the hallways (so to speak) waiting in between light beam shots while people walk by. Occasionally it's possible to aim your camera upward and capture some of the amazing abstracts created by the light and textures. Sometimes you actually get no people in your shot! Gear: Canon 5D MkIII, 16-35mm lens, tripod, cable release. Settings: f9, .8 sec shutter speed, 35mm, ISO 125.
