After pair-bonding, Limpkins forage side by side which may take a few weeks. Courtship feeding is part of the bonding process, where males offer extracted snails to the female. Captured with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II with a Canon 100-400mm lens, f 7.1, 1/320, ISO 1600.
