This was taken on a recent trip through the Black Hills and Badland National Park in South Dakota. The time of day was not the best for color so I went with black & white to take advantage of the contrasting shadows and highlight areas. I used a Leica M240 with a 90mm Summicron. B&W conversion was done in Lightroom.
