This was taken on land farmed by a family of Italian immigrants who came to Tontitown, Arkansas in the 1940's. The photo was originally taken in color but the harsh mid-day light called out for conversion to black & white. I used "On One" software for the conversion. I lowered the highlights just a bit in post. Camera was a Leica M240 with a Voightlander 15mm III lens.
