Ready for the holidays, Lomography just announced the official release of their Lomo’Instant Camera. It is available at the Lomography online shop, Gallery and Embassy Stores around the world. If you order a Lomo’Instant Black or White model now it will arrive within a few days. The Sanremo model is currently sold out but it can be pre-order with an estimated delivery date of early December. (The Sanremo Edition comes with a free Lomo’Instant camera strap and online orders also get special discounted bundles.)

Flipside
400 AW features a unique back-entry compartment that provides easy access to
gear when setting up--keeping the harness off the ground and clean--plus

Most of my columns for this website concern the ideas and purposes behind the photographs I take. I always include information about the technology used to achieve the photos, which could be as basic as the f/stop chosen to direct your attention, or the use of a ND filter to make a long exposure possible. That approach is not incidental or coincidental; the stories are planned along those lines because my ideas come first, and technology’s purpose is to support those ideas.
