I traveled to San Francisco and decided to take a tour of Alcatraz. I asked one of the park rangers for some unique perspectives for a photo and she graciously offered to let me join a private tour of Alcatraz. This included the infirmary which was ultra creepy with the operating table, peeling paint, etc. One can simply wonder about all the primitive surgeries that would have occurred room.
