This is the pedestrian tunnel from a parking lot in Crystal Cove State Park in Laguna Beach, California, that passes under Pacific Coast Highway and leads to the historic district and beach. I photographed this right after a rain storm which created a big puddle at the beach-side entrance to the tunnel with a nice reflection of the tunnel at night.
