This image was taken from the an exit ramp over the interstate I-5 near Eugene,Oregon.
I used a Tripod and some bungee cords to position the camera & lens agent a concert wall and guard fencing .
I had to wait for the right timing, due to the fact that I was on an Exit ramp. When the cars and trucks passes behind me the whole exit ramp would shake. So I timed this image between the shake radial and roll.
