The High Level Bridge is designed to accommodate streetcar, automobile and pedestrian traffic. At the south end of the bridge, the road bends to the left, providing pedestrians with a view of the oncoming traffic. I felt a rush of adrenaline as the cars quickly approached. Even with girders separating me from the fast approaching cars, I felt vulnerable. My pulse raced as I snapped this image. Shot with a Nikon D750 and a 24-120 mm f/4 lens at f/10, 1/80 second, ISO 2000 and -0.3 exposure.
