I spotted this laughing gull stretching its wings and balancing on a fence post at Stone Harbor Point, NJ. The morning was really foggy but the sun broke through a bit and I liked the warm but diffused light on the bird as it was doing its yoga! The image was taken with a Canon 7D Mark II and an EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L II lens at 360mm, f/8, 1/3200 sec, and ISO 640.
