I was photographing this "flotilla" of white pelicans when this lone double crested cormorant popped up from under the water and began swimming in the opposite direction of the pelicans. The scene reminded me of an old movie line, "You're going the wrong way!" This was taken at Donnelley Wildlife Management Area in Green Pond, SC with a Canon 5D Mark III and an EF 400mm f/5.6L lens
