Severe winters in northern climates like here in North Dakota can take its toll on wildlife like this White-tailed Deer buck. But one's death can also provide life for others, like the various predators and scavengers who picked his carcass clean, abandoning only the inedibles. Image composed with my Olympus Tough TG-4, 1/640sec, f4.5, ISO100.
