I was photographing the Dillard family on Jane Bald in the Roan Highlands for there family portraits. The sun was going down and the golden light was bouncing around the area. I found a nice patch with an opening in the light for some mother daughter portraits. The little girl wanted to be picked up, which helped get her in the light. Everything came together nicely for this image.
