A short trek to the top of Buena Vista Peak located off of the General's Highway in Kings Canyon yielded what I would consider to be one of the top 2 sunsets I've ever seen. A complete 360 degree show of light and color, with the Fresno valley to the west and the Sierra Nevada including Mt Whitney to the east...simply stunning.
