I have been returning to this spot several times over the last week. We've had lots of rain and snow and this puddle has been providing some incredible reflections. On this day, I knew by the thermometer in my vehicle that the puddle would be frozen but I still had hopes that it would make a cool shot. Well, as I was shooting the sunrise, this Red Fox wanders up and I talked it into posing for me! I strongly opposed to baiting wildlife for the sake of a picture and it didn't take long for the fox to figure out there was no free meal here. It wandered off but not after giving me an incredible opportunity!
