I took my three children on a camping trip to Cumberland Falls State Park in Corbin, Kentucky this past weekend and the fall colors didn't disappoint! The warm weather had crowds of people visiting this huge waterfall. I was fortunate to find a spot to get a clear shot of the falls about an hour before sunset. My kids got to play in the sand while I took some long exposures so it was a win for all.
Shot was taken with Canon 6D and Canon 100-400 IS L at 135mm and f/16. Exposure time is 270 seconds and the long exposure was achieved by using an ICE ND1000 filter and Manfrotto tripod with Bogen head. This image is a composite of 5 images stitched together so a total of 22.5 minutes of shooting was required to get this particular shot. Thanks for viewing!
