I wanted to capture the brilliant colors and textures that make the Little Colorado River in the Grand Canyon such a special place. To get this view, I waded into the river itself. It was mid-day so I used a polarizer to capture the colors without glare. My camera was a Canon EOS 60D with EF 16-35mm lens. Settings were ISO 250, f/22, 1/25 sec.
