We were fortunate to have lots of rain in the fall of 2007 giving us explosion of wildflowers all over California in the Spring of 2008. This image was taken in March of that year on Shell Creek Road, southeast of Paso Robles. Many people were taking in this great gift of Nature with cameras or otherwise. Camera used Canon EOS 20D, Canon lens 17mm-85mm at 85mm, 1/50 sec @f/22, ISO 200, Velbon PH-157Q tripod.
