After waiting for hours in extremely cold weather, this beautiful Great Gray Owl landed directly in front of me, and promptly had a nice strech. I got to spend quite a lot of time with this individual Owl. He was quite focused on finding a meal, and paid me no attention at all. It was one of the most serene moments of my wildlife photography career.
