On my way to my credit union in Palmdale, California on a March day, I came across a wash where there were a LOT of trees just budding out with that delicious early green color. The leaves made them all seem as if they were covered in filigree. I made a point to stop on my way home. When I looked at all the images, I felt that there was a wee bit of a surreal feeling about them. I selected this shot, used the PSE 12 Enhance, Convert to Black and White Infrared Effect to finalize my "Fairy Trees". Nikon D7100, F/8, 1/500 sec., ISO-100, -.3 steps, 53mm focal length
