I was trying to challenge myself to take an interesting photograph in an ordinary location. This pumpkin field was nothing all that special. It is a small, local farm with a few rows of pumpkins laid out for people to come and pick during the fall season. So I set out to photograph it from a different perspective, to turn the ordinary into something more extraordinary. This was my favorite shot of the day. It was taken with a Nikon d750 and the 16-35mm lens.
