A view of the lake at the General Coffee State Park in Southern Georgia. This is a beautiful park with camping, canoeing, biking, hiking and and a wetland nature trail. This is a great place to visit for just a day, or for a long getaway. Within the park is a Heritage Farm, which includes log cabins, a tobacco barn and farm animals. The park was donated to the state in 1970 and is named after General John Coffee, a US Congressman and military leader.
