As I was walking around Seurasaari in Helsinki I spotted two swans swimming close to the shore looking for food in the shallow waters. I only had my Sony A7 and Zeiss FE 55mm f/1.8 lens with me as I wasn't planning on doing any bird spotting, but I thought that I would try to get closer very slowly and carefully to see if I could get a shot that would be worth anything. I was planning on stopping and moving away at any sign that To my surprise they didn't seem to mind at all, and calmly carried on with their business. As a result I was able to capture this picture, which only required a little bit of cropping to get the subject closer.
