While at Hershey Park Gardens during a beautiful summer morning I was fascinated by the number of bees hard at work pollinating. I really wanted to capture a shot that conveyed the important and delicate job these insects perform. After multiple attempts I captured this image with a Nikon D7100 using a Nikkor 105mm macro lens, with an exposure of 1/200sec, f/7.1, ISO 200. I love the sharpness and detail in the photo including the pollen that the bee is already carrying in its legs. The wings are fuzzy, almost invisible, providing the photo with a sense of motion.
