This was taken at a Forest Preserve west of Chicago. It was a cold cloudy morning, but not cold enough to freeze the fast moving stream. The only thing frozen was my lack of contrast which I tried to counter with the use of Nik Software. My equipment and settings consisted of a Canon T3 at 1/6 shutter, an
