When I travel to Sedona to shoot, I'm always excited for that first view of the red rocks as you turn the corner on the entry road. I always think I'm ready for it, used to it, but I'm always wrong. As I make the turn and the vista opens up before me, the tingle and intake of breath are involuntary and the only problem at that point is staying on the road!
