My objective here was to capture Joshua Trees juxtaposed with alpenglow on the distant mountains at sunset (Joshua Tree National Park). To do so I used a Nikon D300 with a Nikkor Zoom Lens and a Cokin 3 step Neutral Density Filter. The ISO was 100, F/16, 1/6th second exposure, and a Focal Length of 150 mm.
