Sunset is almost always a magical time to photograph, but they are also very unpredictable. Sometimes the sky lights up from one end to the other, or only a small portion of the sky gets the color. In this shot taken in the Cerbat Mountains of northwest Arizona, only a small portion of the sky lit up. I changed lenses, and recomposed the shot with a telephoto to only include the area of the sky that caught the last light of the day. I was quite pleased with the results.
