I photographed this male Black-tailed Deer at Hurricane Ridge in the evening, with the snow-capped Olympic Mountains in the background. This was taken with a Nikon D300, Nikkor Zoom lens (18-200 mm.), anda Cokin 3 step Neutral Density Filter. The ISO was 200, F/11, 1/80th second exposure, and a Focal Length of 62 mm. When photographing I had to keep on moving backwards, as this deer was approaching me while grazing.
